He took hard earned money from Pennsylvanians and used it to live the high life in Florida.
Police say 39 year old Sean Healy of Weston Florida spent millions to fund a lavish lifestyle, money he was suuposed to invest for people throughout the U.S., including forty people in the Harrisburg and Chambersburg areas.
